# Inviting users and assigning roles

Invite office staff, managers, and field techs with the roles they need to do their work. Good role setup keeps the team productive and protects sensitive settings.

### Steps

1. Open your user or team settings in BluePro.
2. Add the user details and choose the right role for each person.
3. Send the invite and confirm access after the user joins.

* Match roles to real job duties, not job titles alone.
* Review branch access after the invite is accepted.
