# Setting up your business profile

Set up your business profile so quotes, invoices, and customer communications show the right details. This is one of the first things to finish in a new BluePro account.

### Steps

1. Open your business settings in BluePro.
2. Add your company name, contact details, and any customer-facing information.
3. Save your changes and review how the details appear on documents.

* Review phone numbers and email addresses before sending messages or invoices.
